Shop updates

I update my online shop around 6 times per year, these updates are announced on Instagram, through the Newsletter and on the website. Sign up for the Newsletter here to find out first.

Items are available on a first come first served basis, unfortunately items in your cart are not reserved until the transaction has completed. I understand this can be frustrating, but this is the way most websites work to ensure people don’t fill up their carts and stop others from browsing/buying.

Commissions

I’m always open to new projects, so get in touch with any potential ideas.

Shipping

Order usually ship within 1-3 working days. If you need something to be sent immediately, please let us know.

Estimated delivery time is 1-5 days in Ireland. International orders deliver within 3-17 days.

Due to COVID-19 some shipping times may be a little longer, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, all products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure the highest possible standard. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please get in touch and we can try to resolve the issue. 

Please note that:

-               Shipping charges are non-refundable

-               Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless there is damage to the item prior to shipment

-               All sales are final

 

Care of pottery

My pots are built for use. So they are microwave and dishwasher safe.
