Araucaria Ceramics creates handmade functional pottery and small-batch ceramics from Ireland, carefully crafted for everyday use.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ireland: 4–10 working days

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and delays caused by postal services or customs are outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest possible quality and craftsmanship.

If your order arrives damaged or if you experience any issues, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to resolve the situation.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returned items must be packaged securely to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Due to the handmade nature of the work, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

As each ceramic piece is handmade, slight variations in size, glaze, colour, and finish are part of the character of the work and make every piece unique.

Shop Updates

New collections and shop updates are released approximately 3–4 times per year.

Announcements are shared via Instagram, the newsletter, and here on the website. Sign up for the newsletter to hear about new releases first.

Please note that items are available on a first come, first served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it, and checkout must be completed before the item is secured.

All pieces are handmade for both beauty and everyday use.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Dishwasher safe

  • Microwave safe

To help your ceramics last for years to come, I recommend avoiding sudden temperature changes and handling pieces with care.
